Our Front Office team plays a central role in shaping the member and guest experience — and now, we’re looking for a motivated intern to join us.

 

The Role

As a Front Office Intern, you will be the face of the House, supporting the Reception team to deliver warm, thoughtful, and seamless service.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming members and guests with a personalised approach
  • Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Answering questions and providing recommendations
  • Supporting administrative tasks and front office coordination
  • Ensuring the lobby and front desk areas always reflect our high standards

During your internship, you’ll receive hands-on training to develop both operational and communication skills, helping you grow into a confident hospitality professional.

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently studying and seeking a hospitality-related internship
  • Available for at least 19 weeks
  • A natural communicator with a warm, friendly presence
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
