Minimum Educational Req:   Amidst a two or four-year college degree, or equivalent combination of education
and experience, in the area of business, marketing, communications, graphic design or related field

 

Position Summary: 

The Marketing Intern provides operational and execution support for the B2B marketing function, with a focus on partnerships, affiliates, and wholesale accounts. This role assists in coordinating campaigns, organizing partner communications, supporting trade show logistics, and ensuring marketing initiatives are executed accurately and on time. 
 
This is a hands-on support role ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn how B2B marketing programs operate behind the scenes. 

Essential Responsibilities: 

Partnerships & Affiliate Support 

• Assist in coordinating communications with affiliate and wholesale partners 
• Organize and distribute marketing assets to partners 
• Track partner participation and maintain documentation 
• Support reporting and basic data entry related to partner performance 
• Maintain organized records of campaigns, materials, and timelines 

Campaign & ABM Execution Support 

• Assist in setting up and QA’ing marketing materials and campaigns 
• Conduct desk research and competitive monitoring as assigned 
• Support email marketing and lifecycle-related tasks 
• Help ensure project deadlines are met through follow-up and coordination 

Trade Show & Event Support 

• Assist with trade show logistics and preparation 
• Coordinate marketing materials for events 
• Support post-event follow-up tasks 

Cross-Functional Support 

• Collaborate with other teams to drive initiatives, including but not limited to design, video, email marketing, content 
• Essential responsibilities may grow/change when providing operational assistance to other marketing initiatives, including real estate marketing, as needed 

Qualifications: 

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Comfortable learning and working within marketing platforms and tools 
• Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment 

Technical Skills: 

• Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel 
• Experience with project management tools, CMS platforms, or email marketing tools is a plus

What to Expect:

  • Week 1: Onboarding, setup, goal-setting with your manager, and team introductions
  • Weeks 2-3: Daily check-ins to ensure you're adjusting well and have the support you need
  • Throughout Program: Weekly 1:1s with your manager for coaching, feedback, and milestone tracking
  • Final Weeks: Performance review, support building your Internship Report, and leadership presentation
