Due to our continued success, we are expanding and looking for a Finance Intern to continue to drive greater brand awareness to our Pixi and POP brands.

 

ROLE:

 

We are seeking an Intern to support the company's goals and objectives. The role is based in Pixi’s London HQ office, right in the heart of SOHO working within the Finance Department. The ideal candidate will be a versatile, digitally savvy, doer that loves to face new challenges and learn all the workings of an independent global beauty brand such as Pixi.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Ecommerce – Monthly analysis, bookkeeping and stock reconciliation for various Ecommerce streams.
  • Accounts receivable - Raise invoices, entering received payments and flagging overdue accounts to the relevant person.
  • Accounts payable - Check and enter supplier invoices, including employee expenses on a timely manner.
  • Analysis – Support the collection and analysis of the information for the weekly & monthly reports
  • Prepare monthly company credit card reports.
  • Be flexible with ad-hoc duties, being flexible and helpful in all matters of the business
  • Assisting the team with the preparation of ad hoc reports
  • Admin duties

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Team player who displays a positive and professional attitude
  • Be flexible, adaptable and ready to learn quickly
  • Interest in the beauty industry is a plus
  • Current enrolment in a Finance Degree or similar
  • Be Proficient in key Microsoft Office Applications, especially excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Great time management skills with attention to detail

 

Full time in London office 5 days a week
