About the Role

Are you studying e-commerce, digital commerce or online marketing – and would you like hands-on experience in a real retail setup?

PIECES Retail is looking for an ambitious and proactive intern to join our Retail team in Aarhus. This is your opportunity to gain practical experience with the daily operation and development of our Danish PIECES webshop, piecesstores.dk, and turn theory into real business impact.

JOIN OUR RETAIL TEAM
You will become part of our Retail team in Aarhus and gain insight into how a fashion webshop is operated, optimised and continuously developed. From product setup to performance analysis and customer journey optimisation, you will be involved in key aspects of running a successful online store.

YOUR ROLE
This internship is designed to give you real responsibility and strong professional development. In close collaboration with the team, you will contribute to both daily operations and ongoing optimisation initiatives across the webshop and digital marketing activities.

Your tasks will include:

  • Managing and maintaining webshop content, including product setup in Shopify (texts, images, categorisation, etc.)
  • Supporting optimisation of the webshop through SEO and conversion rate improvements
  • Analysing traffic, performance and user behaviour to support data-driven decisions
  • Planning and executing digital campaigns across social media and e-mail marketing
  • Contributing to customer journey optimisation, omni-channel alignment and webshop administration

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for an intern who is curious, independent and eager to learn. You thrive when given responsibility, have an eye for detail and enjoy working both creatively and analytically.

Additionally, we imagine that you:

  • Are currently studying a relevant programme at Erhvervsakademi Aarhus within e-commerce, digital commerce or similar
  • Have a strong interest in e-commerce and digital sales processes
  • Are motivated to learn Shopify (experience is an advantage, but not a requirement)
  • Are structured, detail-oriented and proactive
  • Communicate clearly in both Danish and English
