For the 2026 summer season, we are seeking an intern to join our Finance and Procurement Departments:
This internship is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience while allowing you to contribute to our team’s success.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Purchasing and Accounting teams with vendor documentation and compliance initiatives.
- Assist with reviewing, updating, and tracking vendor tax documentation (W-9 forms) to ensure compliance with IRS requirements.
- Communicate with vendors to request updated documentation and follow up as needed.
- Maintain accurate records in SAP, including tracking receipt dates and documentation status.
- Contribute to data accuracy efforts and support reporting related to vendor compliance.
- Assist with additional administrative or process improvement tasks within Procurement and Finance as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, preferably pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable conducting outreach via email and phone in a professional setting.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage follow-up tasks and meet deadlines independently.
- Interest in accounting, procurement, compliance, or corporate finance functions.
