Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced and nurturing Childcare Provider to join our team. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing a safe and nurturing environment for young children, implementing our curriculum and supporting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through a play-based learning approach.


Responsibilities:

• Create a nurturing and safe environment that supports children’s physical, emotional, and social development.

• Implement the developmentally appropriate curriculum that focuses on learning through play while maintaining accurate records of each child’s development.

• Provide individualized attention and encouragement to each child, helping them develop socially, emotionally, and cognitively.

• Foster a positive and respectful relationship with parents and families.

• Maintain accurate records of each child’s development, progress, and behavior.

• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least 2 years of experience in a childcare setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of child development and early childhood education.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.


Working Hours:

The Childcare Provider position is for regular daytime shifts, Monday through Friday, with no holidays. The working hours are in-line with the Center's opening hours.
