Our HR team ensures to deliver the People strategy to attract and retain talents.

Join our HR team as an Intern (f/m/d) and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, innovative and international environment. 

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR Director and HR Business Partner team in the implementation of People strategy employee engagement initiatives with a primary focus on the Equal opportunities & Inclusion roadmap, while also contributing to other programs such as wellbeingemployee recognition.
  • Provide administrative and operational support , including organizing meetings, drafting minutes, coordinating stakeholders, and monitoring progress on key deliverables.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking on HR best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in HR meetings to gain exposure to various HR functions and contribute to team objectives.
  • Assist the HR Director on ad hoc tasks

 

 Your profile:

 

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree programme with a recognized institution focusing on Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months.
  • You have initial experience (0–1 year) in Human Resources, ideally through an internship, student job, or academic project.
  • Basic knowledge in project management is an advantage.
  • You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with people.
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • You have a hands-on attitude, motivated to take initiative and continuously learn and grow.
  • You are confident in using Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint; experience with collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; French/German language skills will be an asset.
