Job Description Summary
This is a unique opportunity to be part of the programming, planning and implementation of the future of work program at Enterprise, in addition to the evolution of the Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Services (CREWS) function. The 2026 summer intern will participate in specific areas of real estate programs (technology deployments, occupancy management, process improvement), construction and renovation projects (planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout), facilities management (emergency response planning, operations), and workplace services (food & beverage, concierge) at Enterprise HQ and other office locations (regional travel only).Job Description
Responsibilities:
Project administration
Data entry, reporting and analysis as it relates to the corporate real estate database (Eptura Workplace)
Process documentation and mapping
Site surveys
Sustainability criteria development
Workplace services research, assessment, and implementation support
Qualifications:
Pursuing a degree in real estate, architecture, design, facilities management, or nonprofit management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think and work independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail

The base pay for this role is $20 to $24 for undergraduate students and $24-$28 for graduate students, depending on level of skills and experience.
The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance.
