About the Role

Essential Duties:

• Works jointly with the Product, Quality and Manufacturing Engineers; leverages the long term technology strategies to solve near term manufacturing, EHS, quality and capacity issues in the Plant.

• Performs cost analysis on assigned processes and projects, and responsible for implement and follow-up.

• Assists in reduction of process variability by developing and executing process control and improvement methods, as applicable for the areas of responsibilities.

• Acts as an internal consultant in areas of statistical analysis, statistical process control and design of experiments.

• Ensure controlled implementation and accurate documentation of process capabilities, and essential operational parameters.

• Ensures daily process capability and technical resources are available to meet production requisites. • Contribute and work on Lean, EHS, Quality, Inventory and customer satisfaction Strategies. Responsibilities:

Manage improvements on performance of related process applying LEAN with emphasis on: • Work in a manufacturing environment to implement process controls in alignment with the GE Vernova Management System.

• Implement appropriate tools to effectively meet established work plan and goals.

• Establishes and maintains continuous communication with leaders to identify and solve technical issues that affect production output.

• Lead to improve service and quality of our products.

• Prepares daily reports to inform leader the progress of the assignments.

• Successful on the completion of assignment project task.

• Actively implement actions related to EHS, Lean, Service, Inventory and Quality.

• Follows and actively participates in all the EHS practices, procedures and requirement.

• Performs other related duties as requested by the management.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate (sophomore, junior) or Master’s students

• Strong academic performance (3.0-4.0 GPA)

• Demonstrate leadership skills

• Change oriented

• Good interpersonal skills/ excellent team player

• Good oral and written communication in English and Spanish; and proven presentation and facilitation skills.

• Excellent administrative, communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization.
