This role is responsible for assisting with facility improvements, general labor tasks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.  Interns will work under direct supervision and gain valuable hands-on experience in an industrial setting, with additional work opportunities in the Fabrication and Machine Shop for both positions.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Perform general maintenance duties, including painting, cleaning, and organizing workspaces. Operate basic equipment such as pressure washers and weed trimmers to maintain facility grounds. Assist with landscaping duties such as weeding, debris removal, and general upkeep of Facility. Support cleaning efforts inside the facility, including sweeping, power washing, and debris removal Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a hazard-free work environment. Assist with additional tasks as needed by supervisors and plant personnel.   PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly. Frequent standing, walking, bending, and kneeling in various work environments. Exposure to outdoor elements, including heat, dust, and uneven terrain. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required for specific tasks.     QUALIFICATIONS   Must be at least 16 years of age. No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided. Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team. Compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
