About the Role

Pay Range: 
$17.50 /hourly 

Pacific Coast Producers, a growing agricultural cooperative with food production facilities across the West Coast, is seeking a Seasonal Accounting Intern for it's corporate headquarters in Lodi, CA. This position is a great opportunity for college students who are interested in pursuing a career in agriculture/agribusiness and would like the opportunity to work with an experienced team!

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour (25-40 hours per week). This is an on-site, seasonal position that will be active from June, 2026, to October, 2026.

Primary job duties include:

  • Collect, audit, and report raw product weight certificates for payment to growers and haulers.
  • Review and verify batch reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain organized and accurate filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Assist in data entry and updating information.
  • Provide support during peak periods to ensure timely processing of accounting transactions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
  • Enrolled in a two-or four-year college or university with a major in accounting, finance or business preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Highly dependable and reliable with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
