About the Role

Position Summary

 

Where will you work? Nestlé’s offices in Brussels & Homeworking

When will you start? As from July 2026

How long will it last? 6 months

 

We are looking for a motivated Brand Manager Intern to join our Nutrition team! Think about powder milk, healthy fruit purees, delicious baby cereals and other products that support the growth of all those cute babies. As a team, we make sure that we are competitive with our baby food product portfolio and answer the babies’ needs.

 

You will be immersed in a leading FMCG environment where you’ll be supported by experienced Brand Managers who will guide you and help you develop new marketing skills. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a specific segment of our Nutrition portfolio, take real ownership of your projects, and discover brand management in a 360° way, from asset creation and digital campaigns to cross‑functional collaboration and product launches.

 

You will also play a key role in developing communication materials specifically for healthcare professionals and pharmacists, working closely with external agencies and our sales teams. Together, we aim to strengthen our brands' relevance among parents and experts, but above all to put a smile on the face of Belgian babies and toddlers!

 

 

Your Responsibilities:

 

Develop communication campaigns and assets:

  • Such as digital assets, social by design campaigns, print ads for magazines, e-newsletters, website landing pages
  • Brief our external agencies
  • Follow up on asset creation
  • Develop new packaging and update existing artworks
  • Validate internally
  • Analyze results post-campaign and share learnings


Support in the new product launches or product renovations:

  • Be the owner of the entire internal launch process
  • Coordinate artwork updates and/or new designs with external agency
  • Follow up of the retro planning with European Factories
  • Make the bridge with the sales team and regulatory team

 

Develop communication material specifically for health care professionals and pharmacists:

  • Brief external agencies
  • Follow up the implementation with the sales team
  • Analyze results

 

 

What will make you successful?

 

  • You are Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a strong command of English
  • You have obtained or are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field
  • You are a junior professional, with a hands on approach
  • You are flexible and autonomous, with Project Management skills.
  • You ideally, have a passion for FMCG world
