As an Intern – Regulatory Affairs based in Dhaka, you will play a vital role in ensuring our life-saving medicinal products and medical devices meet the highest standards of compliance. You will support the regulatory lifecycle, helping to maintain our license to operate and ensuring that patients in Bangladesh have access to safe, effective, and high-quality healthcare solutions.

The Opportunity

  • You gain a comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements through hands-on engagement in essential day-to-day operations.

  • You support the oversight and monitoring of regulatory activities to ensure compliance with both local regulations and global Roche standards.

  • You collaborate with local Health Authorities (HAs) and internal stakeholders to build trusted partnerships and manage regulatory submissions effectively.

  • You assist in the development and maintenance of local product information and country-specific packaging to ensure alignment with compliance matrices.

  • You maintain and oversee Roche regulatory platforms and systems, contributing to the continuous improvement of tracking and control systems.

  • You participate in the preparation and negotiation of regulatory responses as part of lifecycle management and operational excellence.

Who You Are

  • Education: You are a recent graduate with a degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific field.

  • Passion: You have a genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in Regulatory Affairs.

  • Communication: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Analytical Skills: You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and are highly detail-oriented.

  • Technical Proficiency: You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Behavioral Excellence: You demonstrate high ethical standards, maintain confidentiality, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Program Details

  • Duration: 6 Months

  • Stipend: BDT 12,000 / month

  • Leave: 5 Days Paid Leave
