FWD TIM is a key shared services hub delivering technology‑ and digital‑driven solutions for the FWD Group, supporting multiple markets and driving innovation, operational excellence, compliance, and efficiency across critical business and service functions.
Internship period at FWD TIM is from June 15 to September 15, 2026
What you will do:
Undergo a 3-month programme designed to provide you with an exciting, supportive learning experience and responsibilities which mirror work life at FWD.
Develop a good foundation on FWD products and services. You will collaborate across different business functions to execute your assigned tasks and projects.
Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and solutions to perform tasks and enhance existing processes.
What you’ll need:
Preferably 3rd year or final year student, and must be available for a full-time internship from June to September 2026
Passion for digital initiatives and process enhancement through technology enablement
Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment
A high personal drive to achieve results, proactive, and good at execution of assigned tasks
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
Fluency in both written and verbal communication
Ability to quickly solve problems on your own or with a team
Ability to articulate ideas/strategies clearly, both verbally and in writing
The following departments will be accepting interns this year –
Finance: Learns how financial planning, reporting, compliance, and finance transformation initiatives enable efficient, integrated financial operations.
Investment Operations – Contributes to day‑to‑day investment activities such as trade processing, reporting, and operational controls that ensure accuracy and smooth investment operations.
Technology – Builds experience in cloud, cybersecurity, application development and IT services supporting secure, scalable systems.
Data Solutions & Delivery – Optimizes data platforms, pipelines, and dashboards that ensure seamless data flow, stronger insights, and improved operational efficiency.
Project Management Office – Supports innovation research, strategic initiatives, and internal communications through cross‑team collaboration in an Agile environment.
What you will expect:
