本职位属于产品开发类核心技术岗位。 在理论结合实际的不断成长中，您将参与到卡特彼勒产品的程序开发、数字工具开发、算法应用等领域。在与卡特彼勒的工程师的紧密合作过程中，您会深入了解卡特彼勒新产品的开发流程及卡特彼勒的企业文化。

主要职责包括但不限于以下条目：

对仿真软件程序进行二次开发，从而对现有仿真流程进行改进和效率提升；         

参与企业内部仿真工具的开发；

参与相关算法的研究和应用；

辅助资深工程师完成公司创新课题。

资格要求：

研究背景： 计算机科学，自动化，汽车工程，工程力学或相同专业本科及以上学位。

技能要求： 熟悉至少一种编程语言，如Python、C++等 熟悉数据结构和算法

能够熟练编写GUI程序的优先考虑

能够熟练使用数学函数库的优先考虑

能够独立完成一定规模项目的优先考虑

熟悉AI相关算法优先考虑 有良好的沟通和团队合作能力
