About the role

  • Exposición directa a procesos de Desarrollo de Talento, Learning & Development (L&D) y Desarrollo Organizacional.
  • Apoyo en la entrega de iniciativas de aprendizaje y desarrollo proyectadas para 2026 dentro del Centro GBS.
  • Coordinación de programas, gestión de contenido, y aseguramiento de una ejecución fluida de actividades de aprendizaje que impulsen el desarrollo de habilidades alineadas a las prioridades de GBS.
  • Contribución activa para fomentar una cultura de aprendizaje continuo y crecimiento personal.
  • Alta probabilidad de contratación futura.
  • Ambiente colaborativo, diverso y orientado al crecimiento.

Key responsibilities

  • Dar soporte al Learning Manager en la ejecución de iniciativas de capacitación y desarrollo previstas para 2026.
  • Coordinar la logística, seguimiento y entrega de programas de aprendizaje
  • Gestionar, cargar y actualizar contenidos dentro de plataformas digitales de L&D.
  • Documentar e ingresar información en sistemas internos.
  • Elaborar reportes, métricas y materiales de apoyo para programas de talento.
  • Apoyar en el levantamiento de necesidades de entrenamiento con managers y equipos.
  • Contribuir en proyectos transversales de optimización relacionados con desarrollo de talento.
  • Mantener contacto con stakeholders internos para asegurar una experiencia positiva del usuario de aprendizaje.

Qualifications and skills

  • Inglés avanzado (indispensable).
  • Experiencia previa No requerida; prácticas anteriores son un plus.
  • Interés demostrado en aprendizaje y desarrollo, procesos de HR y herramientas digitales.
    Requisitos
    Estudiante activo de Recursos Humanos, Administración, Psicología, Educación, Pedagogía o carreras afines.
  • Universidad dispuesta a firmar carta de Beca con Kerry.
  • Contar con seguro vigente (SGGM familiar o IMSS).
