Core Responsibilities

Our Marketing Steering team for the BMW brand manages regional marketing activities across the Asia-Pacific, Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa region. We develop and coordinate cross-channel campaigns for new model launches, collaborate with Central Marketing, and support over 80 markets in implementing strategic marketing initiatives.

 

What awaits you?

  • You will support the Marketing Team in developing, planning, and coordinating regional marketing activities across more than 80 markets in the APEEA region.
  • Furthermore, you help to implement cross-channel campaigns for new model launches in close collaboration with Central Marketing.
  • In addition, you assist with executing market-specific requests from APEEA countries and ensure smooth communication.
  • Moreover, you contribute to content-related and financial project steering, including budget management and tracking.
  • You will also support with research tasks, preparation of committee materials, and creation of presentations for stakeholders.
  • Additionally, you participate in communication initiatives on sustainability topics and gain insights into strategic marketing decisions.

 

What should you bring along?

  • Studies in Business Administration, Communication, Media or a comparable field.
  • Very strong Microsoft Office skills; experience in marketing or project management is beneficial.
  • High level of initiative, creativity and flexibility.
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured approach to tasks.
  • Team spirit, excellent communication skills and intercultural awareness.
  • Interest in modern marketing tools such as customer journey mapping, trend analysis and digital analytics.
  • Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
