The intern will learn to monitor production processes in a sterile environment, contributing to product quality assurance through involvement in In-Process Control (IPC) and 100% optical inspection systems. Responsibilities also include process analysis, risk assessment, documentation, data research using SAP, and supporting process optimizations.

  • Du lernst die Überwachung von Produktionsprozessen in einem sterilen Umfeld kennen
  • Du trägst als Teil des Teams zur Sicherung unserer Produktqualität und damit der Gesundheit von Menschen auf der ganzen Welt bei
  • Du bist mit zuständig für die Systeme der In-Prozess-Kontrolle (IPC) und der 100 % optischen Kontrolle (OK)
  • Du bist mit deinen analytischen Fähigkeiten gefragt, von der Prozessanalyse über die Risikobewertung bis zur Dokumentation
  • Du übernimmst Datenrecherchen für uns und lernst dabei SAP im Detail kennen
  • Du unterstützt bei Prozessoptimierungen, leitest notwendige Maßnahmen ab und besprichst sie mit unseren internen Ansprechpartnern (m/w/d)

Was bringst du mit?

  • Du bist engagiert und studierst Biologie, Chemie, Pharmatechnik, Lebensmitteltechnologie, Maschinenbau oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Du begeisterst uns mit deinem Interesse an der Pharmaindustrie und deiner guten und kommunikativen Art, auf Menschen zuzugehen 
  • Du bereicherst unser Team mit deiner strukturierten und effizienten Arbeitsweise und teilst deinen hohen Anspruch an Qualität mit uns
  • Du hast sechs Monate Zeit für uns
