The intern will gain deep insights into technical procurement processes, from inquiry to contract negotiation, and will be responsible for procuring services, technical materials, and investments to ensure smooth production flow. Responsibilities include market research, offer comparison, participation in supplier discussions, processing procurement requests in SAP, and contributing to a purchasing project and the digitalization of purchasing.

  • Du gewinnst tiefe Einblicke in unsere technischen Beschaffungsprozesse, von Anfrage über Verhandlungen bis Vertragsgestaltung
  • Du bist gemeinsam mit deinem Team für die Beschaffung von Dienstleistungen, technischen Materialien und Investitionen zuständig und trägst damit zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf unserer Produktion bei 
  • Du recherchierst und analysierst den relevanten Markt, holst Angebote ein und vergleichst sie
  • Du nimmst an unseren Lieferantengesprächen teil, von der Teilnahme über das Protokollieren bis hin zu eigenen Gesprächen, und erfährst, wie Preise entstehen
  • Du bearbeitest in SAP selbständig Beschaffungsanfragen und Bestellanforderungen
  • Du kannst in einem eigenen Beschaffungsprojekt deine Ideen einbringen, kommunizierst mit Lieferanten sowie internen Schnittstellen und behältst den Zeitplan im Blick 
  • Du treibst als Teil eines Projektteams die Digitalisierung des Einkaufs voran und trägst so zur Digitalisierungsstrategie unseres gesamten Unternehmens bei

Was bringst du mit?

  • Du bist engagiert und studierst Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Bauingenieurwesen, BWL oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Du hast echtes Interesse an den Bereichen Einkauf, Projekte, Pharma und Logistik
  • Du kommunizierst offen und gehst gerne auf andere Menschen zu
