About the Role

Ready to kickstart your career with a leading European specialist in spare parts and technical solutions for the agricultural, forestry, and construction sectors with operations in more than 20 countries? Kramp is looking for a UX & CX Research Intern within our Customer & User Experience team

What is your role?

As a UX & CX Research Intern in our Customer & User Experience team, you’ll help improve our digital products and services by uncovering how users and customers think, behave, and experience them. Your insights will guide better product decisions and strengthen both UX and CX.

You’ll work closely with UX researchers, data analysts, product teams, designers, and developers. And we don’t expect you to just assist—your ideas, questions, and contributions truly matter.

Our UX & CX research team is still growing within our organization. That means you won’t step into a fixed framework, hope you’ll help in shaping it.

This role follows a hybrid working model from our Utrecht office, located within walking distance of Utrecht Central Station in the Netherlands.

What is your role?

  • Supporting and co-running qualitative research such as usability testing, interviews and journey mapping

  • Analyzing engagement, effort, satisfaction and usability metrics to identify improvement opportunities

  • Translating insights into clear findings and actionable hypotheses.

  • Contributing to research plans and helping execute them end-to-end.

  • Sharing insights with stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.

  • Challenging assumptions and helping us further develop our UX & CX research practice.

Who are you?

  • Currently studying UX, psychology, communication, HCI, business, or a related field.

  • Genuine curiosity about human behaviour and digital experiences.

  • Comfortable asking “why?”—and asking it repeatedly to get to the core.

  • Ability to structure thoughts and communicate them clearly.

  • Proactive mindset and ease in a fastchanging, evolving environment.

  • Enrolment at a university in the Netherlands.

  • Availability of at least 24 hours per week for a minimum 4month internship, starting as soon as possible
