IQSIGHT Video Systems and Solutions is a global provider of innovative security and professional communication solutions. Up to July 2025, Video Systems and Solutions has been part of Bosch Security and Safety. The product portfolio includes video security systems, cloud and video analytics and video management software.

Our Global Marketing and Communications team within the Video Systems and Solutions Marketing and Sales Department is responsible for defining, planning and implementing the marketing communication strategy. This includes branding, content creation (product launches, vertical and integrated solutions), digital marketing (including SEA and SEO), events management and exhibition support, partner marketing.

To strengthen our Global Marketing and Communications team, we are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Marketing Communication or Multimedia Design Bachelor or Master student for a dynamic and challenging internship.

The internship will be based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands, with the added flexibility of hybrid work-from-home option for 2 days per week.

Your responsibilities and tasks will include:

• · Graphic design: video and photo editing, use of Gen – AI tools to generate graphics and create web banners, Newsletter banners, social media images in required formats
• · Content creation: Write content for internal blogs, create newsletters for internal and external audiences, and support website design and publication.
• · Product marketing communications: Support with daily tasks for sales enablement, and global or regional marketing campaigns to announce new products to the internal organization and to customers.
• · Social media: operational tasks related to creation and execution of social media campaigns.
• · Event organization: Support our event organization team in online and onsite events, help with customer segmentation and event performance evaluation.
• · Performance evaluation : Analyze and report website/social media Key Performance Indicators on a regular basis to understand marcom activities performance and recommend improvements.

In addition, you will communicate and collaborate with international colleagues from our various departments, both in Eindhoven and globally.

Who are you?

• · You are currently studying Marketing, Marketing Communication, Multimedia Design, International Business or a similar direction;
• · You are proficient in English verbal and written (other languages are considered a plus);
• · You are proficient with PowerPoint and Adobe software;
• · You are available for at least 6 months or preferably more from September 2024;
• · You are enthusiastic, motivated and eager to learn;
• · You are patient and have an eye for detail.
• · Nice to have but not required: You have skills and a passion for video editing tools.
