As a Quality Assurance Intern (m/f/d), you will directly report to our Quality Assurance Manager, and you will join our Quality Assurance Department in Vernier for 6 months.

In this paid internship, you will work in a stimulating and collaborative environment where your proactivity will be valued. You will also have the chance to develop competencies in cosmetic GMPs and broaden your understanding of Quality Systems.

 

In this exciting role you will:

  • Enhance the current dashboard of Quality Indicators in Power BI, automate data collection, and improve the content to match operational needs (using SAP, Microsoft tools).

  • Redesign existing GMP risk assessments, and continue working on process risks that could affect Quality (with a focus on the crystallization area).

During that period, you will have to review shopfloor practices against GMP requirements: identify any gaps, raise alerts, and propose improvements.
You could also occasionally participate in the daily tasks of the Quality Assurance Manager (e.g., deviation and complaint management).

 

Your success profile includes:

  • Currently pursuing university studies (a convention de stage/university agreement is mandatory).

  • Competency in Data Sciences required.
  • Knowledge or passion about Chemistry is beneficial.

  • Genuine interest in learning on the shopfloor.

  • French language mandatory, knowledge of written English language.

  • A curious and rigorous mindset.

  • Comfortable with computer tools (Microsoft Office, SAP), and handling data collection and analysis (statistics).
