About the Role

Global E-Commerce & Shopper Marketing Intern

Hi 👋
We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for a Global E-Commerce & Shopper Marketing Intern.

As an intern, you will assist our Commercial HQ team in various activities related to the B2C and online retail world, with a focus on major channels such as Amazon, e-retailers, digital metrics analytics, and the shopper/consumer online journey.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for the digital environment, a strong understanding of online purchasing behaviour, and a willingness to learn by actively engaging in tasks.

 

📊 Your day-to-day activities:

  • Assets maintenance: DAM repository organization, tracking and feeding
  • Digital insights: managing relationships between external providers and countries, supporting the creation and distribution of templates and new scorecards
  • Ecommerce insights: managing shopper journey KPIs to improve convertion rate using specific data tools
  • Support on all operativity tools and agencies coordinations - develop newsletters

 

💡 Who we’re looking for:

  • You’re available for a 6-month full time internship. Starting date: April 2026
  • You’ll be fluent in Italian and English - you’ll probably have an international experience? Way to go!  
  • You have a master’s degree in Economics/Management
  • You have good Excel and Power-Point skills and you’re ready to learn how to master them!
  • You're familiar with Ecommerce and Web app
