They will also gain insight into product development and quality management, including rotations at other sites and a traditional dairy.

About the Role

  • Die Milch macht’s – doch nicht ohne dich
  • Von der besten Milch zu den beliebten Käsen aus dem Hause Hochland – diesen ebenso spannenden wie anspruchsvollen Weg begleitest du in unserer Herstellung
  • Deine Werkzeuge: modernste Technologien zur Fertigung und Bearbeitung von Käse. Du erfährst, welche Zutaten gebraucht werden und wie moderne Käseherstellung funktioniert
  • Außerdem bekommst du Einblicke in die Produktentwicklung und in das Qualitätsmanagement
  • Nicht zu vergessen: dein Einsatz an einem anderen Standort (Schongau oder Heimenkirch), wo du weitere Hochland Produkte kennenlernst und deine rund zweiwöchige Mitarbeit in einer kleinen Käserei in der Umgebung – um dich mit traditionellen Herstellungsverfahren vertraut zu machen
  • Start: 1. September 2026
  • Dauer: 3 Jahre
  • Berufsschule: Landesanstalt für Landwirtschaft in Kempten (Blockunterricht)
