About the Role

Stage - Merchandising France Assistant H/F – Toutes Marques – Juillet 2026

 

Quelle est la mission ?

 

Au sein du Service Merchandising France, vous assisterez le/la Merchandiser dans ses missions quotidiennes pour assurer la bonne tenue du merchandising des marques du Groupe chez les retailers du marché français. Vous participerez entre autres au déploiement du merchandising lors des lancements des nouveaux produits.

Les missions de ce poste concernent un portefeuille de 10 marques pour le marché français qui sont : Narciso Rodriguez, Issey Miyake, Zadig & Voltaire, Serge Lutens, NARS, Shiseido, Drunk Elephant, Gallinée, MaxMara & Clé de Peau Beauté.

 

 Quelles sont les activités principales ?

 

En tant que chef d’orchestre, vous contribuez au bon respect de l’image de nos marques dans les points de vente et travaillez en collaboration avec de nombreux interlocuteurs (équipes Marketing, Retail, Key Account Managers, fournisseurs…)

Vous serez en charge de :

  • L’élaboration de planogrammes spécifiques par retailers
  • L’implantation des visuels avec des décorateurs et PLV pour les lancements des différentes marques du Groupe
  • La bonne tenue des points de vente, en collaboration avec le Merchandiser
  • Faire des reporting photos des nouvelles implantations et l’analyse de l’évolution de notre visibilité
  • La coordination et transmission d’information entre le siège et le retail
  • L’étude concurrentielle notamment dans les flagships (Grands Magasins, SEPHORA Champs Elysées, etc…)
  • Participation à la gestion des commandes et des envois de POSM

 

Qui recherchons-nous ?

Vous êtes à la recherche d’un stage responsabilisant avec des missions alliant créativité et analyse au sein d’une équipe active et stimulante ?

 

De formation bac +4/+5 (type Ecole de commerce ou université)

Une première expérience dans un Service Trade ou Merchandising et en gestion de projets est souhaitée

Vous être reconnu(e) pour votre organisation (gestion de plusieurs projets simultanément), votre rigueur, votre réactivité et votre autonomie

Doté(e) d’une aisance relationnelle et une sensibilité particulière pour les produits cosmétiques

Vous maitrisez Pack Office (Powerpoint, Excel)
