About the Role

E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT

RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES

 

Au sein de la Direction Digitale du marché France, vous accompagnerez l’équipe E-commerce/DTC dans le développement des sites Shiseido, NARS et Drunk Elephant.

Vos missions principales seront :

 

  • Participer à la planification, la création et la mise en œuvre du contenu sur l’ensemble des canaux digitaux (site web, CRM, paid social), en coordination avec notre agence partenaire ;
  • Traductions et localisations de contenus
  • Contribuer à la gestion et à l’actualisation des sites e-commerce ; recette, lancements produit, mise en place animations, etc.
  • Participer à la mise en place et au suivi des campagnes paid social ;
  • Exploiter les données internes liées au e-commerce, e-merchandising et au CRM pour l’analyse et le reporting des performances ;
  • Collaborer avec les différents départements (service client, ventes, marketing), des agences externes et de notre siège international ;
  • Assurer une veille concurrentielle approfondie et continue sur les tendances du marché et les innovations digitales (sites concurrents & réseaux sociaux) ;
  • Prendre part à des projets digitaux transverses selon les besoins de l’équipe.

Nous recherchons une personne orientée digital et analyse, dynamique, curieuse et dotée d’un solide esprit d’équipe. Vous aimez proposer des solutions, partager vos idées et collaborer dans un environnement stimulant. Rigueur, organisation et autonomie sont indispensables pour réussir ce stage.

 

Une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (oral et écrit) et du Pack Office est requise. Maîtrise de Photoshop est un plus.
Une première expérience significative dans un environnement digital ou e-commerce est requise.
