About the Role

Hey Kroll superstars! Are you ready to dive into the world of mergers and acquisitions with Kroll's amazing team? We're on the lookout for dynamic individuals to join our Global Corporate Finance Team as Interns.  

At Kroll, we're not just about transactions; we're about making an impact. As an Intern in our M&A practice, you’ll specialize in advising middle-market companies in sell side, buyside, and capital raising transactions. You will develop deep industry expertise and a knack for superior deal execution. Come aboard and become a key player in supporting our clients through the most important transactions of their careers!  

Navigating Responsibilities 

  • Support of live M&A sell-side and buy-side project execution 

  • Preparation of company and capital market analyses and company profiles 

  • Analysis of comparable companies and transactions for valuation and benchmarking purposes using industry-specific databases 

  • Extensive research regarding markets, companies, potential investors, and target companies in support of new business generation 

  • Presentation of results in a clear and concise report to project team

  • Assisting in the development of materials and publications communicated to clients

The Ideal Candidate 

  • Currently studying business administration / economics

  • Minimum availability for the internship is 3 months and maximum 6.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a capacity for teamwork and personal commitment

  • Excellent English (written and spoken), German desirable 

  • Familiarity with computer applications such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
