Are you interested in learning how great teams are built? Heritage Auctions is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Recruiting Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in corporate recruiting while contributing to the continued growth of the world’s largest collectibles auctioneer.

What You’ll Do


As a Recruiting Intern, you will assist with the full-cycle recruiting process and gain exposure to strategic talent acquisition initiatives.


Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with candidate sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
  • Reviewing resumes and helping screen applicants for qualifications and cultural fit
  • Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates
  • Supporting recruitment marketing efforts (job postings, campus outreach, social media)
  • Assisting with onboarding preparation and new hire documentation
  • Maintaining applicant tracking system (ATS) data integrity
  • Helping plan and support recruiting events and career fairs
  • Conducting research on market trends and talent pipelines

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Open to current students and recent graduates    
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional, personable, and comfortable interacting with candidates
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with LinkedIn is a plus
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable navigating continuous change and shifting priorities.
  • Comfortable using AI to help with recruiting and sourcing
