About the Role

Title: Content Creation Intern--Live Content

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Reports To: Director, Live Content LATAM

Department: Content Creation

Location: Remote (USA)

Pay: $20.00/hr

Position dates: May-August 2026


Primary focus (Research & Insights):

  • Research trending topics and emerging themes in the AV/tech industry to inform programming decisions 
  • Identify and curate speaker candidates (shortlists, background research, relevance to target audiences)
  • Curate and synthesize data to support decision-making: basic dashboards and weekly snapshots (registrations, attendance, audience trends), plus post-event insights/recaps

Secondary support (as needed):

  • Organize session metadata, speaker lists, and documentation to keep planning materials clean and up to date

Required background and skills:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (current enrollment in an Associates program will be considered), ideally in Communications, Marketing, Business or other related field
  • Fluent in English; Spanish fluency strongly preferred 
  • Highly organized, strong research skills, comfortable with spreadsheets and basic reporting
  • Ability to summarize findings into clear recommendations for internal stakeholders
