Job Description

  • Brindar apoyo en el proceso de reclutamiento de personal.
  • Realizar soporte en proyectos de atracción de talento.
  • Realizar soporte a la gestión de selección de personal para incorporaciones.
  • Brindar apoyo en la inducción y onboarding de personal a la compañía.
  • Brindar apoyo en los programas de R&S.

Qualifications

  • ​​​​​Últimos ciclos o gresados de las carreras de Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Administración, Ing. Industrial o afines.
  • Contar con 3 meses de experiencia en procesos de recursos humanos.
  • Microsoft Excel a nivel  intermedio.
  • Inglés a nivel intermedio (deseable).
