The Global Benefits & Accommodations Intern will support the Global Benefits and Global Accommodations & Leaves teams in delivering programs and services that enhance the employee experience across a global workforce. This role provides hands-on exposure to HR operations, Total Rewards, benefits administration, and accommodations and leave processes.
The intern will assist with daily operations, reporting, and project-based initiatives while supporting process improvements and exploring opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation and standardized workflows.
The Mid-Market Revenue Acceleration Intern will support the AVP, Mid Markets and Regional Directors in strengthening whitespace penetration and execution effectiveness through data-driven analysis and AI-enabled workflow development.
- Strategy Track – Develop AI-assisted account prioritization models, analyze CRM and whitespace datasets, identify signal patterns across TAM, and build executive-ready dashboards and repeatable research workflows.
- Activation Track – Translate prioritization into coordinated execution by aligning with BDR and Channel teams, developing AI-assisted messaging frameworks, mapping coverage gaps, and building execution playbooks.
- Analytical capability
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Comfort working with data visualization tools
- Demonstrated AI fluency in accelerating workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work from June - November (full-time in summer, part-time in fall)
