Descrição Sumária:

Estágio na área de Corporate Finance Advisory com foco exclusivo em prestação de serviços de assessoria financeira em fusões e aquisições (M&A).

Principais Responsabilidades:
Participação e suporte em todo o processo de fusões e aquisições: Elaboração de pesquisas setoriais, preparação de apresentações, análises quantitativas e modelos de avaliação econômico-financeira.

Principais Requisitos:

Cursando Ensino Superior nos cursos de Administração de Empresas, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharia, Direito, Relações Internacionais, Relações Públicas ou cursos correlatos com conclusão de graduação à partir de 06/2026;
Inglês fluente;

Proficiência em escrita;

Sólido conhecimento nas ferramentas de Excel e Power Point.
