About the Role

Job Summary: 

Supports the University efforts to “flip” student housing from spring move-out to fall move-in. Supports all areas including cleaning, waste removal, furniture repair, carpet cleaning, painting, HVAC repair, light maintenance, and other duties as assigned. Uses college-provided supplies and equipment to assist custodial, maintenance, and grounds personnel as required.

  • Ability to be punctual and dependable.
  • Ability to accept responsibility for the security of equipment, supplies, and keys.
  • (Preferred) Ability to drive company vehicles – clear driver’s license required

 

Education and Experience:

  • Must be a regular, full-time student, enrolled in at least 12 hours per semester (not required to be enrolled in summer classes to be employed but must be enrolled full-time in the upcoming fall semester)
  • Must have a completed FAFSA (if eligible) on file with the Financial Aid Department for the current academic year.
