About the Role

BWBR is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented architectural student intern to join our Omaha team this summer. This internship offers hands-on experience working on projects in a collaborative team environment within our core healthcare market. The successful candidate will support project teams with design, documentation, and coordination while gaining experience within all phases of a project.

Responsibilities:

    Assist project teams with design work and the development of construction documents.

    Prepare and modify drawings using Revit.

    Assist with research, site documentation, building code or sustainability tasks.

    Support the development of plans, sections, elevations, and details.

    Participate in team, consultant coordination and quality assurance review meetings.

    Help maintain organized digital project files and drawing sets.

Qualifications:

    Must be enrolled in an accredited architecture program (Bachelor’s or Master’s) during both spring 2026 and fall 2026 semesters.

    Interest in working on commercial architecture projects.

    Basic understanding of an architectural drawing set.

    Experience working in Revit.

    Proficiency with programs such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Bluebeam or Enscape a plus.

    Strong design and organizational skills with attention to detail.

    Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

    Clear written and verbal communication skills.
