Job Description

Step into the world of hospitality with Accor — a global leader with a diverse portfolio of brands and a passion for creating meaningful experiences. We are looking for a motivated and purpose-driven People & Culture Intern to join our Regional Office in Singapore.

This is 6-month full time internship to work closely with the Vice President, People & Culture – Asia, gaining exposure to high-impact regional initiatives across our hotel network.

As a People & Culture Intern, you will support regional P&C operations through:

Strategic & Project Support

  • Assist with coordination, planning, project tracking, and administrative support for the VP P&C Asia.
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for executive reviews and regional meetings.
  • Support regional P&C programs including RiiSE, Human Rights campaigns, DEI, and Social, Care & Impact (SCI).
  • Contribute to the analysis of Employee Engagement Survey results and action plans.
  • Support logistics and execution for events such as the RiiSE Conference, P&C Leadership Conference, and Human Rights initiatives.

People & Culture Community Engagement

  • Design slides, toolkits, and communication materials for regional P&C community calls.
  • Curate newsletters, success stories, and updates from hotel P&C teams across Asia.
  • Support communication campaigns that highlight diversity, inclusion, and regional achievements.

Research & Advocacy

  • Assist with planning and reporting for Gender Equality and Human Rights observances.
  • Track regional participation and develop impact summaries.
  • Conduct benchmarking and research on P&C, engagement, and wellbeing best practices.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in HR, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
  • Passion for hospitality and people-driven work
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
