Job Responsibilities
Recruitment Marketing
- Assist to create a perfect window into your organization and everything that makes the company stand out as an employer.
- Support Recruitment Wechat account posting update & release
- Support organizing recruitment marketing events
Campus Recruitment
- Intern hiring support, sourcing, and interviewing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews and deliver offer.
- Campus recruitment campaign brainstorm, creative design and event organization
- Engage in various HR events (Onboarding orientation, Intern Gathering etc..)
Recruitment Support
- Weekly report collection & consolidation
- Candidate sourcing and CV screening
- Interview arrangement and coordination
- ATS maintenance
TA Project support
- Collaborate with TA team in different markets of APAC to conduct research in talent market
- Various APAC TA projects and assignments support
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Good intercultural and communication skills, proactive attitude, diligent, stress resistant and willing to learn
- Familiar with MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in both oral and written English
- Committed and available to work at least 4 days a week for 6 months
