Job Responsibilities

Recruitment Marketing

  • Assist to create a perfect window into your organization and everything that makes the company stand out as an employer.
  • Support Recruitment Wechat account posting update & release
  • Support organizing recruitment marketing events

Campus Recruitment

  • Intern hiring support, sourcing, and interviewing qualified candidates, coordinating interviews and deliver offer.
  • Campus recruitment campaign brainstorm, creative design and event organization
  • Engage in various HR events (Onboarding orientation, Intern Gathering etc..)

Recruitment Support

  • Weekly report collection & consolidation
  • Candidate sourcing and CV screening
  • Interview arrangement and coordination
  • ATS maintenance

TA Project support

  • Collaborate with TA team in different markets of APAC to conduct research in talent market
  • Various APAC TA projects and assignments support

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Good intercultural and communication skills, proactive attitude, diligent, stress resistant and willing to learn
  • Familiar with MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in both oral and written English
  • Committed and available to work at least 4 days a week for 6 months
