About the Role

Your Role 

Execute order to cash application activities (collection, cash applications or credit control) efficiently and effectively in compliance with company policies and procedures. Ensure unapplied cash are identified and investigated.

Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for a designated work area within collection, cash applications or credit control (e. g. Review and reconciliation of payments, cash collection of a designated customer portfolio, review and assessment of credit requests);
  • * Identify and communicate discrepancies / observed risks with responsible team or manager.
  • * Focus on managing portfolio of receivable accounts and ensure aged balances remain within the set business targets.
  • * Prepare scheduled /ad hoc financial analysis reports.
  • * Adhere to agreed service levels, company policies and procedures.
  • * Resolve operational issues and escalate to supervisor where necessary.

Education :

Undergraduate in relevant field (Commerce, Finance, Accounting)

Skills Requirements

  • Strong team player
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
