💰薪資待遇：大專生 $220/hr、研究生 $250/hr

💡專案說明：

1.【AS+ AI 智能客服助理 WebApp開發案】

■專題目標
本專案目標是開發 「AI 智能客服助理 WebApp」以AS+商務使用服務做出發。你將參與運用 AI Agent (Dify) 建立「知識優先」架構的過程，推動服務流程自動化，以達成營收成長與人力需求脫鉤的長期策略。透過整合 WebApp、Dify AI 中樞與 Redmine/eRMA/派工系統，驗證從需求分析、AI 摘要提煉到自動化開單的完整技術週期，顯著提升企業服務的決策效率。

■實習生角色
你將擔任「AI 軟體應用開發的AE工程師」，在全端、AI 設計與 UI/UX 專家的專業指導下，將日常工作需求轉化為具體的 AI 服務系統功能。你不只是旁觀者，而是實際開發的參與者，負責 WebApp 介面開發、AI Agent 工作流調優及跨系統 API 串接，是推動專案從理論落地的核心執行夥伴。

■資格
① 系所背景：資訊、資工、資管、軟工、服務科學或數位內容相關科系，大三、大四或碩士在學（含應屆畢業）。
② 技術實力：具備 Web 開發基礎（HTML / CSS / JavaScript），能進行前後端基本開發與 API 串接。
熟悉 Python 或 Node.js 其一，具 AI 應用開發經驗者佳，能協助整合生成式 AI 模型 API。
③ 具 Power BI、Power Automate 或相關自動化工具經驗者加分，並了解資料流與系統整合概念。
④ AI 熱忱：對生成式 AI（GenAI）具高度興趣，樂於探索 AI 輔助工具與應用場景，熟悉或曾接觸 Dify工作流設計者佳。
⑤ 軟實力：能清楚表達問題與需求，具系統分析思維，重視團隊合作與跨部門溝通。

■其他條件
① 使用者思維：願意站在服務工程師的角度思考，將複雜需求轉化為直覺的操作功能。
② 主動學習心態：能在兩個月的密集實習中，積極吸收企業級 AI 服務架構的開發實務。

2.【AE 技術支持數位化轉型：基於 Copilot Studio 之領域驅動 (Domain-Driven) AI 專家】

■專題目標/工作說明
基於 RAG 技術之遠程 I/O 與高速採集模組之智能技術支援系統開發
① 熟悉copilot studio
② 熟悉至少一類產品線技術與相關應用
③ 整合power automate打造自動化工作流
④ 整合teams channel
⑤ 持續收集使用者測試反饋併發想優化方式

■資格
① 資工/資管/電機/電子
② 至少熟悉一種高階程式語言
③ 熟悉 Copilot Studio 或具備 Low-code 平台開發經驗優先
④ 具備 Power Automate 實作經驗者優先。

■其他條件
① 需有高度自行探索與學習能力
② 溝通與邏輯：良好的溝通能力與邏輯思維，需與跨部門合作收集需求與測試
③ 解決問題導向：能面對文件格式不一、AI 回覆偏離等實際痛點，主動提出優化方案

💡 Project Descriptions:

Project 1: 【AS+ AI Smart Customer Service Assistant WebApp Development】

• Project Goals: Develop an "AI Smart Customer Service WebApp" for AS+ business services. You will participate in building a "Knowledge-First" architecture using AI Agents (Dify) to automate service workflows, aligning with the long-term strategy of decoupling revenue growth from labor demand.

• Intern Role: AI Software Application AE (Application Engineer). Under the guidance of Full-stack, AI, and UI/UX experts, you will translate daily business needs into concrete AI service functions.

• Qualifications:

  Academic: CS, MIS, Software Engineering, Service Science, or Digital Content related majors.

  Technical: Proficiency in Web development (HTML/CSS/JS), API integration, and Python or Node.js. Experience in AI application development is a plus.

  Preferred: Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or Dify workflow design.

  Soft Skills: Strong system analysis thinking and cross-departmental communication.

Project 2: 【AE Digital Transformation: Domain-Driven AI Expert based on Copilot Studio】

• Project Goals: Develop an Intelligent Technical Support System for Remote I/O and High-speed Data Acquisition modules based on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technology.

• Work Content: Utilize Copilot Studio and Power Automate to build automated workflows integrated with Teams channels, while collecting user feedback for continuous optimization.

• Qualifications:

  Academic: CS, MIS, EE, or Electronics Engineering.

  Technical: Proficiency in at least one high-level programming language.

  Preferred: Familiarity with Copilot Studio, Low-code platforms, or Power Automate implementation.

• Personal Traits: High self-learning ability, solution-oriented, and capable of handling inconsistent document formats or AI hallucinations.
