Managerial position

Location: Medellín, Colombia

Working hours: Full time with flexible working hours

Profile: Non graduate students of a University Degree with 6 to 12 months to graduation date

What kind of internship projects you can expect?

  • Co-leading a new launch or evaluating the current strategies of a brand or product.

  • Develop, negotiate and execute sales and marketing strategies based on in-depth analysis of the customer, market and sales processes.

  • You will learn and execute concepts of market development and consumer behavior in order to apply them to categories (brands), customers and channels (distributors, pharmacies, supermarkets, among others)

  • Working on the design & execution of brand campaigns (media, digital, CRM, instore, PR). Lead campaigns briefs (regional campaign localization or local campaign build up) & follow up on execution Co-leading the digital marketing on your brand (visibility, content, local partnerships, eCommerce etc).

  • Coordinate internal and external events.

Job Qualifications

  • Active student of a University Degree with 6 to 12 months to graduation date

  • Eligible to work in Colombia.

  • Live in Medellín

  • Have intermediate English Skills (B2 or above)

  • A forward thinker with a passion for commercial management.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.

  • Strong analytical skills to understand market dynamics and drive sales and brand growth.
