Working Student – Global Digital Enablement (f/m/div)

• Presentation Creation: Experience developing and designing professional presentations to visualize complex processes, strategies, and initiatives in a compelling and clear manner
• Documentation Organization: Organize and manage Confluence pages for team projects, while assisting in the improvement of document organization for ongoing projects and processes
• Operational Construction: Contribute to organizational effectiveness, while helping to build the operational system of Global Distribution Digitalization around requirements, product and solution management
• Cross-Functional Environment: Work on big cross functional projects creating data driven concepts to implement technology solutions with IT and Distribution Partners to drive revenue
• Communication Planning: Plan and publish internal communications, such as news updates or announcements, keeping a consistent branding tone across all internal communications

• Education: Enrolled in a Masters of Business administration, Marketing, Digital Sales (B2B) or similar
• Digital Skills: Affinity for Digital Marketing & Data tools like Eloqua, Confluence, CRM Systems or similar, paired with proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Previous Experiences: Hands-on knowledge of Sales teams and environments, with exposure to commercial processes, customer journey, user stories or backlog grooming
• Way of working: Ability to generate creative ideas, while presenting them on online settings. You also have a structured and organized mindset in order to visualize complex information in a easily digestible way, both written and graphical
• Language: Fluency in English. German is a plus
• Availability: Available to work for at least 1 year inside the team (1 year or more until graduation) 

• CV in English
• Certificate of enrollment at university
• Latest grades transcript (not older than 6 months)
• High school report

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
• You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
