Description:

  • Assist with general accounting and data analysis tasks.
  • Prepare and deliver financial and operational reports.
  • Support Accounts Payable activities and monitor related processes.
  • Track, analyze, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Complete Fixed Asset capitalization activities and prepare audit materials.
  • Perform account reconciliations as assigned.
  • Participate in processimprovement and digitalization projects. Measuring and reporting efficiencies from continuousimprovement initiatives.
  • Evaluating current digital workflows and developing recommendations for optimization.

 

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate businessrelated degree.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Highly detailoriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
  • Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
  • Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week).
  • Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
  • MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
  • Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
  • THE WORK TERM DATES ARE Aug 10th – Dec 18th, 2026.
