Job Description
This position is within the Strategy, PMM & Analytics Team, part of a team of 3.
As a Strategy & PMM Intern, you will work closely with the Head of Product & Growth, 2 Strategy Associates, and collaborate daily with all our PMs, but also sales, marketing, and international teams across Europe (France, Germany, Nordics, etc.).
This is a unique opportunity to join JobTeaser at the heart of its product and go-to-market strategy. You will contribute to ensuring the success of our products with our three key audiences: students, universities, and companies. Your role will be focused on supporting product launches, enabling sales teams, and helping structure the way we communicate and position our products on the market.
What does this mean on a daily basis?
Go-to-Market & Product Launches: Support the preparation and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and features across multiple European markets (France, Nordics, DACH, ROE).
Sales Enablement: Create, update, and manage sales materials (presentations, one-pagers, playbooks, pitch content) to help sales teams across Europe sell more effectively.
Internal Communication & Training: Contribute to the dissemination of product knowledge internally (through tools, training sessions, documentation) to ensure alignment across sales, marketing, and product teams.
Content Creation: Produce and update product-related content: marketing materials, landing pages, newsletters, demo videos, customer-facing documentation.
Market & Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer insights to support product positioning and pricing strategy.
Performance Tracking: Follow up on KPIs related to product launches and marketing campaigns (adoption, sales impact, user satisfaction).
Qualifications
Who are you? 🎯
You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program (Business School or University), ideally looking for a 6-month internship.
You have a strong interest in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, and the Tech / SaaS industry.
You are bilingual in French and fluent in English (written and spoken) as you will work with international teams on a daily basis.
You have excellent communication skills (both written and oral), with a good sense of synthesis and structure.
You are comfortable with content creation (slides, copywriting, visual presentation) and ideally have a good eye for design.
You are analytical, structured, and enjoy working with both qualitative and quantitative data.
You are curious, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership of projects.
Team player with a proactive mindset and a good sense of humor 😀
Bonus (not mandatory):
Knowledge of other European languages (especially German)
Prior experience in marketing, consulting, or product-related roles
Familiarity with SaaS tools and environments
Start date:
- Ideally April, May or June 2026
- 5 days onsite, 8th Arrondissement - Saint-Lazare & Europe stations
