Your role

You will support experienced engineers in day‑to‑day application development and maintenance activities while building hands‑on skills in troubleshooting and DevOps practices. As part of a collaborative, agile team, you will learn to configure CI/CD pipelines and gain exposure to modern technologies that support high‑quality, scalable IT solutions.

Your project

Application Development & Maintenance (ADM Center) provides comprehensive end-to-end IT services from business specification, through software development, implementation, to application maintenance using leading it technologies and management methods. We enthusiastically institute solutions in the fields of DevOps, SRE, low-code, broadly understood Automation and AI. The complexity and diversity of solutions allows to build close relationships with our clients on various levels, while also to give employees the opportunity to develop in a wide range of career paths. Our development teams are highly self-organizing and independent, capable in agile and lean software engineering practices.

Your tasks

• Work alongside senior engineers to develop practical IT skills.
• Perform basic troubleshooting tasks.
• Learn DevOps fundamentals by configuring CI/CD pipelines.

Your profile

• Basic knowledge of Linux and DevOps practices.
• Willingness to learn DevOps tools and concepts through internal training.
• Intermediate knowledge of English and German.
• Availability of at least 20 hours/week (30+ hours preferred).
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
