Job Description
At Ketchapp, a pioneering hypercasual game studio, we create and publish the mobile apps that shape tomorrow’s trends. Since 2014, we have released over 200 high-quality games on iOS and Android, and we are constantly searching for the next big hit to deliver fun and original experiences to our players.
Join the User Acquisition & Monetization team, a key driver of growth for our mobile games. This young, dynamic, and international team leads digital advertising campaign strategies as well as monetization initiatives (In-App Advertising), with the goal of maximizing the profitability of our game portfolio.
In this role, your analyses and recommendations will have a direct impact on strategic decisions and campaign performance. You will work on a variety of missions combining analysis, creativity, and strategy, allowing you to develop a strong and practical understanding of performance marketing in the mobile gaming industry.
- Performance analysis & decision support: Analyze campaign performance drivers and identify growth opportunities to support marketing, budget, and creative decisions.
- Market benchmarks & competitive monitoring: Explore market and competitor trends to uncover UA opportunities and identify ideas that can make a difference (new mobile ad trends, visual styles, etc.).
- Creative process contribution: Develop impactful advertising concepts and write briefs for production teams based on collected insights; manage asset testing and analyze performance.
- Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with Video Artists, Playable Ads Developers, UA/Monetization teams, Live Ops, and Data teams.
Qualifications
- You are currently pursuing a degree in business, digital marketing, data analysis, or a related field.
- You have a curious and analytical mindset, with a strong desire to learn, understand, and continuously improve.
- You are creative and results-driven, enjoy generating ideas, following trends, identifying what works, and understanding why.
- You are comfortable working with numbers and Excel, and enjoy analyzing data, structuring insights, and turning them into actionable recommendations.
- You are motivated by challenges and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- You have a strong level of English, allowing you to work effectively within an international team.

Recruitment process
If your application is chosen, you will be contacted by a member of the Campus Team to schedule a phone exchange in order to determine if the job description matches your profile, but also what you are looking for.
If that exchange is successful, you will be submitted a case study to test your technical skills regarding the offer.
Finally, an interview will be organized (on site or through Teams) with your future manager.

A lot of our employees are not huge fans of video games. At Ubisoft, we are looking for people who are passionate about their specialties, their jobs or entertainment in general.
What can I expect during an internship or apprenticeship at Ubisoft?
From your very first days, you will attend a Welcome Session introducing you to Ubisoft, its organisation and your working environment for the coming months. Your manager and your team will support you on a daily basis, both during your first few weeks and throughout your entire experience!
Once you are autonomous, your tasks will be varied and give you a sense of responsibility, regardless of the type of contract. Working at Ubisoft means working on real projects on a day-to-day basis.
A dedicated Teams group will also allow you to interact with other interns and apprentices.
