About the Role

 

 

 

Im September 2024 hat SKF die Ausgliederung seines Automobilgeschäfts bekannt gegeben, mit dem Ziel, zwei weltweit führende Unternehmen aufzubauen. Für die SKF Automotive Germany GmbH suchen wir an unserem Standort in Schweinfurt ab sofort einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) im Bereich Model‑Based Definition (MBD) & Automatisierung mit Python.

 

 

Deine Aufgaben:

 

  • Mitarbeit an der Analyse und Neugestaltung von CAD‑ und PLM‑Prozessen im Rahmen der Transformation hin zu Model‑Based Definition.
  • Entwicklung und Konzeption eines modularen Automatisierungsframeworks in Python — inkl. Datenextraktion, PMI‑Validierungen, Regelprüfungen und automatisiertem Reporting.
  • Ausarbeitung von technischen Konzepten, Architekturbausteinen und Schnittstellen für ein skalierbares System aus Automatisierungsmodulen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Definition und Standardisierung von MBD‑Methoden, Qualitätsregeln und Best Practices.
  • Erstellung von automatisierten Auswertungen, Dashboards und Visualisierungen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fertigung, Qualität, Einkauf und globalen Engineering‑Teams.

 

 

Das bringst du mit:

 

  • Immatrikulation in Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Informatik o. Ä.
  • Grundwissen in CAD/MBD oder Motivation, sich schnell einzuarbeiten.
  • Gute Python‑Kenntnisse.
  • Erfahrung mit Git; Creo/Windchill von Vorteil.
  • Begeisterung für Automatisierung, Datenflüsse und Engineering‑Methodik.
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit.
