Description du poste

Intégré(e) au sein d'un projet à fort enjeux dans le secteur de Automobile, vos missions en tant que Géomètre industriels seront les suivantes : 

Mesures & Contrôles géométriques

  • Réaliser les levés géométriques des produits, sous-ensembles et outillages.
  • Utiliser des équipements de métrologie : bras de mesure, laser tracker, théodolite, tachéomètre, scanners 3D.
  • Vérifier la conformité dimensionnelle des pièces et cabines par rapport aux plans et tolérances.

Analyse & Interprétation

  • Traiter les données collectées et produire des rapports de contrôle.
  • Interpréter les écarts, proposer des actions correctives et suivre leur mise en oeuvre.
  • Participer à la résolution de problèmes qualité (QRQC, 8D).

Support à la production

  • Assurer le pilotage géométrique des lignes de tôlerie automatisées.
  • Contribuer à la mise au point des outillages et gabarits.
  • Accompagner les équipes production lors des démarrages série ou modifications produit.

Participation aux projets industriels

  • Intervenir dans les projets d’évolution produit (nouvelles gammes, électriques, thermiques) .
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Méthodes, Qualité, Ingénierie et Maintenance.

Objectifs du poste

  • Garantir la stabilité géométrique des produits.
  • Réduire les non-conformités dimensionnelles.
  • Optimiser les réglages et outillages pour améliorer la qualité.
  • Contribuer à la performance industrielle du site.

Qualifications

Compétences requises

  • Maîtrise des outils de métrologie industrielle.
  • Lecture de plans, tolérancement géométrique (GD&T).
  • Connaissance des procédés de tôlerie et assemblage produit.
  • Compétences en CAO/DAO (Catia, Polyworks, Metrolog…).
  • Rigueur, précision, sens du détail.
  • Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse.
  • Communication claire avec les équipes terrain et ingénierie.
  • Autonomie et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.

Formation & Expérience

  • Bac +2 à Bac +5 : BTS géomètre-topographe, DUT mesures physiques, licence pro métrologie, ingénieur géomètre/topographe en recherche de votre stage de fin d'étude.
  • Expérience en environnement industriel ou automobile appréciée.
  • Connaissance du secteur tôlerie/emboutissage
