About The Company
Founded in 2000 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, Rituals was the first luxury brand to combine home and body products. To date, we've opened 1000 stores in 36 countries and have become a renowned wellbeing destination. Led by our philosophy, The Art of Soulful Living, we're committed to helping consumers on their journey to personal wellbeing, providing tips, inspiration and products to reconnect body, mind and soul. As a certified B Corp™ we believe in sustainable wellbeing, with collections that are good for people and good for the planet. This is supported by our three pillars: Clean, Conscious, and Caring. Clean: 79% of our personal care products contain >90% natural origin ingredients, and by 2023 all formulas will meet this standard. Conscious: we make sustainable choices; every collection has refill options, and we plant, protect, or restore a tree for every refill sold. Caring: we proudly support social initiatives including Tiny Miracles, a pioneering foundation that helps break the poverty cycle by providing life-changing work for underserved communities in Mumbai, India. This philosophy of sustainable wellbeing is embedded into our company culture. Our people are open minded, customer first oriented, and energetic. • Source & screen candidates for internships across our CHO departments
  • Plan interviews and help keep the process running smoothly (calendar, communication, follow-ups)
  • Join interviews and learn how we assess potential, motivation and culture fit
  • Help improve the candidate experience (think: clear communication, meaningful touchpoints, smooth processes)
  • Support ongoing projects like: campus recruitment & events; employer branding and content idea; data-driven recruitment (reporting, insights, process improvements)
  • You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers and get exposure to the full recruitment cycle in an international environment.

Qualifications

  • You’re currently an HBO/WO student, preferably in HRM / Educational Sciences / Work & Organizational Psychology (related studies welcome)
  • You’re available 4–5 days per week for 6 months, starting September 2026*
  • You communicate clearly and confidently and are fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • You’re proactive, curious, hands-on and analytical—you see what needs to happen and you make it happen
