Job Description

The FP&A Junior will work closely with OE FP&A Manager on financial reporting, modelling, projections and analysis for the Orient Express with the objective of improving accuracy of forecasts and reporting, increasing transparency throughout the organization, preparing and providing relevant financial information to the different stakeholders (management, operational teams…) to support the management and development of the division.

This dynamic and highly motivated individual will interact with other OE team members & OE CFO.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Working closely with Orient Express' FP&A Manager:

  • Prepare the financial closing: liaising with accounting, ensuring hotel invoicing, the follow-up of provisions, guarantees, key money etc.
  • Contribute to budgeting and reforecasting process across Orient Express organization, in line with the Accor & LVMH Group guidelines and corporate calendar.
  • Assist to monthly / quarterly / half year financial performance reviews of the Orient Express division (actuals vs budget/forecast).
  • Update cash reporting and contribute to cash modelling.
  • Prepare financial reporting tools and presentations for Orient Express management.
  • Supporting Ops Finance Director on HMA billing and on topline analysis
  • Help with administrative management and support for financial tools (OneStream, Coupa, Grand Back).
  • Work on ad-hoc analysis for Orient Express management.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor / Master’s degree in Finance.
  • Prior experience in audit / finance.
  • Prior experience or interest in the hospitality industry is appreciated.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Analytical skills and problem solving.
  • Business and financial acumen.
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Excel modelling, utilisation of BI and reporting tools, skilled on MS Office.
  • Efficient time management skills.
  • Team spirit.

Additional Information

  • This position is available from September 2026.
  • Coverage of urban public transport subscriptions between home and workplace, in accordance with the French Finance Law scale.
