Position Summary:

We're looking for a technically sharp intern who is curious to learn supply chain business processes. This role will help us build and deploy AI Copilot agents that integrate with our core supply chain systems to improve supply chain visibility, productivity, and enable enhanced risk management. This role is designed for a student who is motivated to apply analytical, systems, and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced biopharma supply chain environment and Technical and Functional dimensions.
Work Model:
Flex: This role will typically require onsite work 2-3 days each week, or more depending on business needs. In many locations, the business will set certain days each week that Flex employees are required to be onsite.
Responsibilities:
Technical: AI Agents for Supply Chain Organization
You'll build AI Copilot agents using modern frameworks and APIs to connect with our SaaS stack — Kinaxis, Smartsheet, Data Warehouse, PEGA and ShareNet. You'll work with IT to design integration that handles authentication, data retrieval, and action execution. Beyond building, you'll help define what the agent can do: writing system prompts, designing tool/function call schemas, tuning responses for real user workflows, and managing data privileges for user groups. You'll also participate in testing, debugging, and iterating based on feedback from internal users.
Functional: Planning & Supply Chain Support
- Conduct voice of customer interviews and document user requirements.
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for supply chain planning activities (S&OP, Order Management, inventory, demand, and supply).
- Support the creation and maintenance of planning dashboards, trackers, and templates.
- Participate in cross-functional working sessions with Planning, IT, Manufacturing, and Product Supply teams.
- Supports meetings and provides progress updates clearly to business partners.
Requirements:
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, IT/Information Systems, Data Analytics, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Prior projects with AI Agents, API development
- Proficiency with MS Excel; exposure to Power BI, Power Query, or SQL is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data manipulation and structured problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in biopharmaceutical supply chain and/or system implementation work.
- Experience with ERP or planning systems is a plus.
- Coursework or internship experience in process mapping, system analysis, or operations.
U.S. Hourly Wage Range:
- $25.00-$30.00 per hour. The estimated hourly range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered will depend on the candidate’s school year/level.

The typical annual salary range for this full-time position is listed below. This range reflects the characteristics of the job, such as required skills and qualifications and is based on the office location noted in this job posting. The range may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
This position is eligible for annual bonus and equity incentives. Actual individual pay is determined by demonstrated experience and internal equity alignment.
