Position Summary
Antora is seeking a Communications Intern to join our mission-driven team and supercharge the stories we tell. In this role, you will develop AI-assisted workflows for creating, repurposing, and organizing content at scale. Your work will multiply Antora’s ability to reach customers, investors, policymakers, and talent—and set the standard for how we produce content as we grow.
This internship is built around two expected outcomes:
- Mission-critical project impact: you will own a scoped project that materially advances a high-priority business need.
- Lasting AI adoption: you will apply AI in new and innovative ways throughout your work, leaving behind automated or accelerated workflows the team continues using after your internship ends.
This internship will be 10 weeks, hybrid [2-3 days/week] or on-site in San Jose, CA.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Draft, design, and develop multi-format content (including written pieces, social posts, and visual collateral) that tells Antora’s story to customers, investors, policymakers, and talent.
- Build and implement AI-assisted workflows to create, design, and repurpose content and marketing collateral, tailored to Antora’s voice and audiences.
- Create a centralized “knowledge management” system for Antora talking points, stats, milestones, and proof points, with AI tools to generate tailored prep docs and summaries for unique contexts.
- Audit and organize Antora’s existing content, media, and visual assets into a searchable, tagged system with clear ownership and maintenance processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, recruiting, policy, and technical teams to ensure content accuracy and consistency.
- Document all workflows, tools, and processes so they can be used, maintained, and iterated on after the internship ends.
Key Qualifications
- Outstanding writing and communications skills: ability to communicate at different levels of depth and in a wide variety of written and visual formats.
- Organizational and systems thinking: ability to build structure where it doesn’t exist yet, create processes others can follow, and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- AI fluency: demonstrated experience building AI-assisted workflows or tools for complex projects and repeatable processes (experience using AI for design and content creation is a plus).
- AI experimentation mindset: proactively explores and iterates on new AI approaches; thinks critically about where AI adds value versus where human judgment is needed.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in communications, journalism, marketing, design, business, engineering, or a related field (we care more about your output and instincts than your major).
Additional Qualifications Desired
- Experience building systems to organize, tag, and surface digital assets and qualitative information.
- Familiarity with brand voice development, messaging frameworks, or narrative strategy.
- Experience producing visual collateral (e.g., decks, one-pagers, social graphics) using digital tools and templates.
- Comfort turning complex technical or business topics into crisp, compelling storylines without oversimplifying.
- Prior work on energy, climate, or industrial technologies.
- Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week, onsite at our San Jose, CA location
Work Location: Onsite - San Jose, CA
